Most of the products purchased through cubukled.com (Linear LEDs, LED Strips, Custom Cut Aluminum Profiles, etc.) are cut to specific dimensions, painted in specific colors, designed with specific Watt or Lumen values, selected in specific light colors, and installed according to our customers' requests.
Exception to the Right of Withdrawal: According to Article 15(b) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts No. 29188, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts relating to goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs. In this context, returns and cancellations of products that have been custom-cut, assembled, or painted to your specifications are not possible.
Faulty or Damaged Products: You have the right to exchange or repair products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping within 14 days. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
Standard Products: Returns of unprocessed, standard-packaged products in stock are possible within 14 days, provided the packaging is unopened and the product remains in a resalable condition.
