LED Profile Body Specifications

• We manufacture the LEDLine profile using aluminum extrusion technology. Because aluminum has high thermal conductivity, it effectively dissipates the thermal energy released from the LED components. Furthermore, the housing is sufficiently lightweight, offering ergonomic advantages during assembly. As a result, this high-quality and durable material structure promises long-lasting use with excellent thermal performance.
• The lower section of the LED profile features a special recess that functions as a cable channel. This space allows you to discreetly route electrical and data cables and mounting hardware. This results in an aesthetically pleasing and tidy appearance for surface-mounted applications. It's also an excellent solution for cable management and visual cleanliness.
• The LED housing is available in anodized, black, white, and anthracite color options. We also ship it unpainted (raw aluminum) as standard. Upon request, we can paint it with electrostatic powder paint according to the RAL code specific to your facade.

LED Profile Diffuser Cover Technical Details

• We manufacture diffuser covers from PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) material, which has high optical transmittance. This thermoplastic polymer structure has high impact resistance. It is also a lightweight and durable material.
• Our diffuser cover, enhanced with UV protective properties, is suitable for outdoor use. Its high UV resistance prevents cracking from sun exposure.
• The cover has high optical performance. This means it distributes the light from the LED light source homogeneously, providing balanced illumination in the environment. It also minimizes spot glare by reducing light refraction.
• It is perfectly compatible with the rail system we designed specifically for the profile frame. This system offers you the advantage of quick and practical assembly and disassembly. This simplifies operations such as maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• For projects longer than 2 meters, we add side panels to the beginning and end. We also supply the diffuser as a single, 6-meter piece. This allows us to provide uninterrupted light to the maximum extent.

Side Profile Covers – Optical and Structural Features

• The side panels, thanks to their opaque structure, allow light to pass through horizontally at a specific angle. This controlled light distribution creates the perception of continuous linear light in LEDLine systems. Joints are not visible when the light is on.

LED Profile Mounting Bracket – Mounting Specifications

• We offer the LN54 LED profile model with specially designed aluminum mounting brackets. These brackets are shipped ready for drilling and fastening, suitable for surface mounting. You can screw them to walls, ceilings, or other flat surfaces. Then, you can snap them onto the rail system located on the back of the profile. This system offers quick and secure mounting.
• We manufacture the mounting brackets from high-strength aluminum. Upon request, we can also offer the brackets in different size options.
• In standard applications, we recommend using at least 3 mounting brackets for every 2 meters of LN54 LED profile. This allows for more even alignment of the profile. You can fix the side covers side-by-side. This results in a neat installation, especially in long LEDLine setups.

The LN54 LED profile has numerous lighting application areas. With bar LED integration, you can create fixed lighting systems with on/off control. The light color and intensity depend on the LED modules you place inside the profile. Furthermore, by adding addressable LED pixel modules to this profile, you can achieve dynamic and scenario-based lighting effects.
