LN11 LED Profile: Aluminum Housing for LED Linear Lights
With this aluminum LED box, you can create linear lights by placing a suitable light source inside. Details are below.
LED Box Housing
- The LED housing is made of aluminum extrusion. Aluminum conducts heat, thus providing cooling. The heat generated by the light source dissipates into the atmosphere through the housing, extending the lifespan of the LED light. Additionally, the already lightweight aluminum housing is thin, ensuring minimal weight during installation.
Diffuser Cover Specifications
- It will not yellow or crack because the diffuser cover is UV resistant.
- The cover is made of hard plastic, which makes it resistant to impacts.
- It distributes the light from the source evenly throughout the environment because the diffuser cover allows light to pass through homogeneously.
- The PMMA diffuser fits perfectly into the housing. It is easy to remove and replace.
Side Profile Covers
- The side panels at the beginning and end conceal visual clutter. They can be easily removed and reattached using steel screws.
Mounting Bracket
- The LN11 LED box has its own special mounting brackets. First, you screw the feet to the surface. Then, you attach the LED box to these mounting brackets using snap fasteners.
- It is made of plastic. It is also perforated and ready for assembly.
- Three mounting brackets are sufficient for a length of approximately 2 meters.
