Linear LED Lighting with LN23 LED Profile

You can create linear lighting by placing a light source like a PCB strip LED inside an aluminum linear LED lighting housing. Details are below.

Body Structure and Features

The linear LED lighting profile features an aluminum extrusion housing. Besides being lightweight and robust, it also acts as a cooling element, making the lighting fixture more durable.
Considering mounting options, I designed the aluminum profile with a full-length gap at the back. This gap allows you to conceal mounting hardware and cables. Therefore, only the linear LED lighting profile is visible on the surface. Thanks to its excellent surface-mounted design, it blends seamlessly with the surface.
We generally offer this profile in an anodized finish.

Diffuser Cover Details

It will not crack or yellow due to sun exposure because the lid material is UV protected.
It is impact resistant because it is made of a hard plastic material called PMMA.
A lid with high light transmittance does this evenly.
It fits the case perfectly. It snaps into place.

Side Cover Types

It features aluminum or opaque side covers. The opaque cover model allows light to pass through optimally. This results in seamless linear LED lighting. In other words, when the light is on, the joints of adjacent profiles are not visible.

Mounting Hardware

The profile has special mounting brackets. The mounting brackets fit perfectly into the space at the back of the case. You perform a snap-on installation.
Like the body, it is made of aluminum. We supply it pre-drilled and cut, ready for assembly.
You can consider placing three mounting brackets every two meters.
