Products consisting of LEDs and other electronic components arranged on aluminium PCB are energised from these poles. Some of the products operating with DC current work with 12 Volt DC while some models work with 24 Volt DC.<\/p>\n

The wires are soldered to the other poles in the opposite direction, plus to plus and minus to minus. Thus, the bar LED is attached to each other. Material cost is known as the lowest option. In this process, cable cutting and stripping and soldering labour is high.<\/p>\n

2- Socket and Cable Method:<\/strong> Terminal blocks (sockets) are added to the (+) and (-) pole locations on the printed circuit board of the bar LED during production. Short cables are used between the added terminals. The cable pushed into the socket does not come back and remains fixed. In this way LED bar splicing<\/strong> is done. The assembly team gains speed thanks to less labour compared to soldering.<\/p>\n

3- Socket and Connector Method:<\/strong> It is the most professional and advanced joining method. During the production phase, terminals (sockets) are placed on the PCB at (+) and (-) poles. In the assembly phase, a board-to-board connection apparatus, i.e. connector, is inserted between these terminals. Although the material cost is higher than other methods, labour is much easier and faster. It is often preferred by customers who want to install bar LEDs in long quantities.<\/p>\n
